Emmaline’s Deep Thoughts

A couple of weeks ago I was asking Emmaline some questions about when she grows up. (She is currently obsessed with being a mom and having kids).

Thoughts on Discipline

Even if my baby is bad, I won’t spank him. I’ll get him down so he can be safe.

(I think that this refers to the fact that Max is constantly climbing up high and I do have a tendency to yell at him when that happens.)

Mealtimes

I will feed my children and say “Come Down for dinner!”. I won’t be mean if they miss dinner and if they wanted different food I would give it to them if I can.

Marriage

I will listen to my husband. I won’t be mean to him or make a big fight.

-What would you fight about?

He would say: no fast food and I would say let’s have a real dinner.

(So essentially they will just agree.)

Kids

-How many kids are you going to have?

I don’t know! I think 5.

What else do you want to do when you grow up? 

I want to be an artist like Nonny.
